London Parks

Reading books for fun (Harry Potter, Spindle's End, The Historian)

Swimming at the beach (Brighton, but any beach will do)

Naps (which I'm not going to take right now, but want to. I'm going to grade instead--not on my list of favorite things)

Simple pleasures...

putting on socks that are warm from the drier

a fresh breeze coming in through the window

dipping my finger into a brand new jar of peanut butter- Unfortunately this is also one of Katie's favorite things, so I have to let her do it or I feel really selfish and guilty. I take the second dip, but it's just not the same :)

climbing into a bed with freshly laundered sheets

sleeping a whole night without being awakened by bed-wetters, bad-dreamers, or hungry babies
