Rob and I joined the Sunset Cycling Team this year and are planning on racing. Here is a picture from the tryout ride. Rob is 4th from left and I am 5th from left.
We try to ride with the team weekly (Saturday). Rides lengths from 30 to 60 miles. Weekly mileage is probably between around 90 to 130 miles, depending on weather and commitments.
John learned the ropes today from some pro level and cat 1 level guys. Painfull. Hope he recovers by tomorrow morning.
Hi John and Rob, Uncle John needs to know what kind frames and components you ride? Is it flat or hilly rides or a combination of both. He is threatenting to put bike rack on mini and coming out. He retires in October. : ) Love you lots and so proud of both of you.

Today I blew up. Big Time. Climbing hills at 4.5MPH. Ouch.
