The marinade on the beef was nice and sweet (like Yoshidas). This place would do great in the states. I wonder if letting folks grill their own beef is too risky. Too bad!!
Holy cow does that beef look amazing!! The U.S. definitely should adopt the table-side grill idea...it just looks too good! Thanks for the pics, Don.....keep 'em coming. :) I also liked the dog story....I'll have to share it with my dad--a fellow dog lover. -ann

ps. loved the story of the dog. Such incredible loyalty...says something about the Japanese that they would erect a statue to honor it.
