We are pleased to announce the arrival of Soren to our family. He was born today (10/15) at 10:15 in the morning. Both he and Amy are doing very well. We are humbled by the incredible experience and are very grateful to have such an incredible little person added to our lives. We are excited for all of you to meet him. We'll keep you updated.
We think that he looks an awful lot like William when he was a newborn.
He was 4.23 kg (9.32) and 55 cm (21.6 in)
We are extremely blessed to have incredible friends here in Denmark. This is one of our favorites, Elpida (and John) Leit. They live two doors down and we get to together as often as possible. She came over at 4 in the morning to stay with the kids and took care of them all day. When we got home the house was immaculate. They came to see the baby during visiting hours.

I can't take my eyes off of him...that first pose with those eyes....the eyes of a newborn are unearthly! I ache to hold him! Dad and I are so happy for the four of you and are so glad that you have such wonderful friends in Denmark.
What a wonderful Christmas it will be to have a beautiful newborn baby boy! We love you so much and are just feeling the joy of this happy day!
Soren is a gorgeous baby. That first picture is a knock out. We are so happy for you. It is nice to hear that Burke and William are such good playmates. Thanks for the pictures.

He is absolutely beautiful. And I can't believe how relaxed and pretty you look Amy. One would never know you just had labor. You are absolutely glowing. Beautiful picture of you and the baby with William. You shoudl frame that one.
